Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh by reputed courier partners.
All of our orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours.
We ship products throughout India. We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders. Rs.60 will be levied on all COD orders as part of the shipping charge and COD fees.
DELIVERY
All orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days upon confirmation. Delivery to locations that have low connectivity may take some more time. 98% of our orders have a track record of being delivered within 5 business days from ordering.
Order deliveries will be made between:
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
- Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, TEA ORIGIN takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
- TEA ORIGIN is not responsible for damages caused after delivery.
- For any complaints with regards to your order, please contact Customer Care (hello@teaorigin.in) within 24 hours of your order delivery for resolution.
