We procure the finest teas from the various tea estates in different part of India such as Himachal Pradesh, Darjeeling, Assam, etc. to bring you a curated selection of some of the best teas available. Our teas are organic and made with 100% natural ingredients.   

We follow very high quality packaging to preserve the freshness, aroma of the tea that you receive on every order. We ensure our tea does not come in contact with the moisture and air. Also the tea is packed in a zip lock pouch so that you can keep the tea in the same packet after breaking the vacuumed seal.

All of our teas at Tea Origin have a shelf life of 2 years from the date of packaging. The date of packaging and expiration date both are printed on the tea label. 

We offer one of the most secure method of payment on our website for the transaction. Our website is integrated with the payment gateways like RazorPay, PayTM with SSL certificate. These payment gateways offer different payment methods such as Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, UPIs, Wallets, Etc. 

We generally do not allow cancelling orders. For orders which aren't shipped, if you have a valid reason for cancellation, you can write to us at - hello@teaorigin.in and we will see on a case to case basis if we can cancel it or check what best we can do.

The orders which are already shipped can not be cancelled. 

Our teas are great and we are sure you won't have a reason to cancel them. Happy sipping :) . 


We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders. An additional COD fee of Rs.60 is levied on all COD orders, irrespective of order value. This charge is levied by our logistics partners to collect and remit the payments to us which are collected in cash.

You can always prefer to pay via prepaid modes to save these additional charges.

Usually we dispatch the products within 48 hrs of receiving the order. Delivery time takes 4-7 business days once the order is shipped. 

98% of our orders have a track record of being delivered within 5 business days from ordering.

Yes, you have to pay an additional charge (COD Fees) of Rs.60 for availing COD service. This charge is levied by our logistics partners to collect and remit us the payments collected in cash mode.

You can always choose to pay via prepaid payment modes to save these charges.


Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before we dispatch them from our warehouse. We pack them in a safe packaging and there is a very little possibility that the product could get damaged during shipment. 

We request you not to accept tampered/damaged shipment as returns won't be accepted in such cases. 

However, if you received a wrong item, then please contact customer care within 24 hours of your order delivery for best resolution.

We take return requests only if a wrong product is delivered to you. In this case, we will schedule a pickup of shipment from your address within 2-3 business days. Once the product reaches us and the claim is verified, we will ship a fresh new package to you.

In extreme cases, when the product ordered is out of stock, we will process refund for your order. You can expect refund to reflect in your account/card in 5-7 business days.
